Innergie mCube Slim Universal Adapter

ago, I have had the charging cable fail on me twice. Replacing it has been a costly endeavor of about $70 to $100.

I figure that the Innergie mCube Slim Super Compact Universal Adapter would be a good thing to have around in case my next adapter fails me, which seems to be a two-year event.

The Innergie mCube Slim has a wide range voltage input which is good for charging a wide range of laptops. It can handle 15-21 volts, with a wattage requirement of 65W. It has a bundle of tips for laptops which include Acer, Asus, Compaq, Dell, Fujitsu, Gateway, HP, IBM, Lenovo, MSI, Samsung, Sony, and Toshiba.

The unit itself connects to the wall via AC outlet, and it has a USB port for charging mobile phones, GPS devices, game consoles, e-book readers, as well as iPods and other MP3 players.

The mCube Slim is very energy efficient, but I will have to say that it gets really hot when it is plugged in. I had it adjusted for the right voltage, but I wouldn’t leave it plugged in overnight.

Speaking of voltage, you need to have the thing unplugged before you switch the voltage from 15-17 Volts to 18-21 Volts.

You should be able to get the Innergie mCube Slim from the company site for about $99.99.
